Amerex Terms and Conditions of Purchase – US
Amerex Corporation (“Buyer”) may agree from time to time to purchase Goods and/or Services from Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase, any applicable order for Goods and/or Services from Buyer (“Order”) and any other of Buyer’s specifications constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to Goods and Services (collectively the “Agreement”).

Each party agrees that all sales of goods (“Goods”) by Amerex Corporation (“Seller”) to Buyer are governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) which supersede any other or inconsistent terms of Buyer or Seller.
